The friendly stuff first: we want buying a noggos. mask to be simple and fair. These terms set out the rules for shopping with us so you always know where you stand. They are written in plain English, but they are the real deal — the legal agreement between you and us whenever you place an order.

1. About us and scope

noggos. is a brand operated by X Beauty AB (part of the X Beauty AB Group), a limited company registered in Sweden (company number 559337-9059, VAT number SE559337905901). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean X Beauty AB, and “you” means the customer placing an order.

These terms govern all purchases made on noggos.com. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them. We sell to consumers (B2C) for personal, non-resale use. If you are shopping on behalf of a business, some consumer-specific rights below (such as the right of withdrawal) may not apply to you.

2. The products

We sell soft knit character ski masks (balaclavas). We take care to show each mask accurately, but colours and details can look slightly different in real life depending on your screen and its settings. Small variations of this kind are normal and are not a defect.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include any applicable VAT for consumers. Shipping costs are shown separately and added at checkout before you confirm your order — see Shipping & Delivery for the current rates. The total payable, including shipping, is always displayed before you pay.

We try to keep prices and product information accurate, but obvious errors can happen. If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full before dispatch.

4. Ordering and when a contract is formed

When you complete checkout you make an offer to buy the products in your basket. You will normally receive an automatic email acknowledging that we have received your order — this acknowledgement is not yet an acceptance.

A binding contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or there has been a pricing error), and you will not be charged, or you will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Depending on your country and device, you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna where available. noggos. never stores your full card number — card details are handled directly by Stripe under its own security standards.

Payment is taken in connection with your order in accordance with the method you choose.

6. Delivery

We ship from an EU warehouse to the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom. Handling, transit times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when the products are delivered to you (or to a person or place you have nominated to receive them).

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

As an EU consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU): you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. On top of that, as a goodwill gesture we give you a more generous 30-day return window.

Returns are free, and we refund you to your original payment method. Items should be returned unworn and in as-new condition. Full details, including how to start a return and when refunds are issued, are on our Returns & Refunds page.

8. Faulty goods and the legal guarantee of conformity

Your products must match their description and be of satisfactory quality. Under EU law you benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity for a minimum of two years from delivery. If a mask is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, as provided by law.

To make a claim, email us at info@noggos.com with your order number and a short description (photos help). We will arrange the return and the appropriate remedy at no cost to you. These rights are in addition to, and separate from, the right of withdrawal in section 7.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Personal data

We process your personal data to handle your orders, deliveries and support. X Beauty AB is the data controller. For full details on what we collect, why, and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any contract between us are governed by the law of Sweden(Swedish law). This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer provisions of the law of your own country of residence within the EU/EEA.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@noggos.com — we would much rather sort it out directly. If we cannot resolve it together, you can use the following out-of-court options:

• The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
• The Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), or the equivalent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in your own country.
